iFix Haven is vacation rental property management software built by a working property manager. It keeps every booking in one calendar with iCal sync for Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, gives each owner a branded 24/7 portal with income, expenses and one-click PDF statements, and tracks commission, payouts and expenses on a financial dashboard. Checkout creates the cleaning task automatically, WhatsApp notifications keep guests and owners informed, and maintenance, inspections, reviews, refunds and incident charges live in the same place. Pro adds smart locks and devices (TTLock, Sensibo, Tuya). Free for 1 property; paid plans from $39/month with a 14-day trial, no credit card.
