IFC Viewer & Audit opens IFC files directly in the browser: no installation, no plugin, no admin rights needed. Files are parsed locally in WebAssembly and never leave your machine, which matters on confidential AEC projects. The Flash Audit checks the model against 20 quality checkpoints (spatial structure, duplicate GlobalIds, property sets, classifications, georeferencing, MEP systems) in under 60 seconds and returns an A to F grade. Failed checks export as a PDF report, a BCF 2.1 file or an IDS file (buildingSMART) to send back to the model author. It also includes an IDS Creator (simplified mode with Luxembourg GID/CRTI-B templates, expert mode with regex constraints), an IFC Optimizer and an AI assistant that comments audit results. Supported schemas: IFC2X3 to IFC4X3. Free with an account, no credit card. Built by a BIM coordinator working in Luxembourg and Belgium.
