They have two complete pages advertising how they integrate with HubSpot and using Zapier for integrations. However, after two phone calls to demo these features and getting their support experts on the line, they all stated that these features are under development, and have been since at least 2024, but they do not work as advertised. The only functionality that is working is to sync Contacts one-way from Hubspot to iFax. When confronted with their false advertising, all they could say is that it's under development with no projected timeline, none of which is stated on their pages.
