The ability to send a fax from your email or the online dashbord makes everything beyond easy. And the customer service is unlike anything I have ever experienced from any type of company. The training we received was comprehensive and the trainer was available when we first launched. Being able to have the fax numbers be virtual is also a bonus. It allows for HIPAA compliant faxes that enable you to upload attachments without having to waste paper. It also prevents faxes coming through with confidential health information from laying on a counter becasuse they came through a regular fax line.
