This whole year under treatment, and financial strapped has been very hard. They mailed documents 8/18, and wanted them filled out and sent back by 8/25 deadline or I would be disqualified. It was really stressful trying to figure out how to fill 60 pages out, and you can't leave anything blank. These docs would of never made it through snail mail.
