The email-look to the setup makes for simple navigation, and allows us to easily find and see the status of faxes sent/received

We've been using it for over a year and haven't found anything to dislike

Biggest was being able to prove that we sent a document when we said we did. Other fax utilities would show we sent a fax but not WHAT was sent. We needed to be able to prove transmission AND what was sent. Thaks iFax!

It is easy to submit faxes to different offices

Only one time we received a confirmation of fax delivery but the office the fax was sent to never received the paperwork

No availability of bulk fax option is a bit inconvenient

Main benefit is cost savings to purchase expensive outdated FAX hardware machines, in the world where documents are pretty much saved in computers, iFax provides old-school point-to-point document sharing like older FAX technologies with updated modern convivence. All that hassle of scanning individual pages are now not needed, which multiples files can be directly uploaded and sent a one go. Advances techniques like OCR provides text recognition on the fax pages which are received which can be easily used for viewing and text selection. Overall is so convenient with such cheaper cost.

I like the ease, affordability, and simple user friendly system. They offer many levels of FAX use to fit their customers needs as well as always being very kind, courteous and helpful if needed.

I am able to receive/send MED RECORDS REQUESTS in a HIPPA compliant way. That is very important for our business.

The ability to send a fax from your email or the online dashboard makes everything beyond easy. And the customer service is unlike anything I have ever experienced from any type of company. The training we received was comprehensive and the trainer was available when we first launched. Being able to have the fax numbers be virtual is also a bonus.

I can honestly say there is nothing that I dislike about iFax. I constantly recommend it to people.

It allows for HIPAA compliant faxes that enable you to upload attachments without having to waste paper. It also prevents faxes coming through with confidential health information from laying on a counter because they came through a regular fax line. Additionally, having folders where you can catalog faxes and confirmation of delivery and being read make it easy to know that a fax has gotten through successfully.

So easy to scan, send, sort, respond … right from my phone! And hippa complient:)

I need to be HIPAA compliant as a mental health counselor. I office alone so I don’t need or want an actual fax machine/copier taking up space. Love accessing this from my phone. SO easy!

Easy to use and we use it all the time as we send about 50,00 pages a week.
