You can do Searchable option across all IEX features. Searchable is my favorite mode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IEX?

When opening multiple queries, more than 6 tabs, it will take too long on "running background query". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

IEX enables you to multi skill, multi channel your workforce and schedule accordingly. Also you can feed from multiple switches, multiple vendors, and create huge efficiencies.
