The ability to fill out full and comprehensive profiles for team members. Availability is built into the profiles to be applied to the finished schedules. Reporting is generated directly from the software. **What do you dislike about IEX?** Adding extras like meetings, trainings, and the like can sometimes be very manual and time consuming. **What problems is IEX solving and how is that benefiting you?** IEX provides WFM assistance that is easy to work with. ### 5. IEX lets me view live intraday which is a great benefit on day to day basics **What do you dislike about IEX?** THe IEX app in itself is not super easy to use and the icons are outdated and very slow to load **Recommendations to others considering IEX:** in depth training to get the full benefits of a system that has so much potention undiscovered **What problems is IEX solving and how is that benefiting you?** My day to day role has not changed other than required to learn to use this new program. I struggle with IEX there is a lot of potentials and a lot of things that i still do not know that the system is capable of doing ### 6. It's friendly amd easy to use for both SLA and LA The fact that it also have IEX supervisor as web-based access for reports makes it more efficient to use **What do you dislike about IEX?** I haven't fully utilized all the functions but so far every tab has its owm unique purpose.. You jist need to know all to efficiently use it. **Recommendations to others considering IEX:** If you need something simple yet can provide analytical data , table , scenarios and support either SL / LA . IEX can do it **What problems is IEX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mostly forecasting and schedule corresponding to a pattern or forecast. Most benefit is that it is easy to understand amd export , where you can create your own table to present the data ### 7. It helps in planning, scheduling, forecasting and real time monitoring. **What do you dislike about IEX?** A disadvantage I can point out is the limits in raw data and a potential loss of data if it is not backed up with cloud. **What problems is IEX solving and how is that benefiting you?** The convenience of monitoring multiple types of lines of businesses from online, calls, offline and chats. It is a go to tool when determining tje root cause of a defect after a duration of operations. ### 8. It's the best solution for your end to end Workforce process needs especially if you have multiple contact types, verticals/ lines of business, channels etc. IEX is flexible and customizable to your needs may it be forecasting, scheduling, real time, and reporting. Features interval historical reporting including agent group summaries which is useful for managing productivity and performance. It's the best scheduling tool I have used in over 13 years. **What do you dislike about IEX?** It's the best tool I have used and cannot think of anything I dislike about it. **What problems is IEX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allocations of requirements for multiple locations/ groups. Creating different scenarios for forecasts and schedules. Seamless scheduling. I can create base schedules for agent groups and still generate schedules factoring in base schedules. I can make multiple scheduling scenarios without having to use live schedules or dummy/ test profiles. Intradays are the best. It provides actual agent staffing on an interval level. You will not find it in different platforms. It even provides a summary of agent states by interval which you can use to provide feedback and coaching. ### 9. Break optimization functionality is fantastic. ### 10. Theres a way to capture these data, since iex can capture the period in which agents are doing overtime. Can translate them into interval level report with the help of excel and calculate with the help of interval Aht and occupancy. ### 11.
