What do you like best about IDX Broker?

I've used IDX Broker for years. Their technology is always behind the times. They changed the password system and are completely down for days at a time now. They should hire better programmers. The down time is affecting our business and creating loses for our real estate company during a time when real estate is moving at light speed. IDX Broker is in the stone ages. We're so sorry you had this experience with your IDX Broker account. At the time of this review, IDX Broker (in addition to many other large companies around the globe) was affected by a DDOS attack which caused this unexpected downtime for our clients.

We have implemented new security updates to better protect against these types of attacks and prevent future downtime.

What do you like best about IDX Broker?

IDX Broker is very easy to use. You can customize most of the widgets and style. Works great at creating drill downs for price and areas. One of the best IDX solutions on the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IDX Broker?

As you mentioned, IDX Broker has great WordPress compatibility especially by using our official WordPress plugin 'IMPress for IDX Broker'. Did you know you can make use of custom forms through 3rd party plugins like Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, and Ninja forms? With these form plugins, it's easy to create and integrate any type of custom form and send leads to your IDX Broker account!

Additionally, in your IDX account, there are some options to customize your lead sign up form. You can add, remove, and modify fields so you are only capturing the information that's important for your business.

We hear you! Developing easily customizable and modern-looking widgets is definitely something on our roadmap. We hope to provide some enhanced widgets sometime in the near future as we know how important this is to you and other IDX customers.
