What do you like best about IDU?

Budgeting - we are a big multi company user and we are able to budget by person for +- 27000 people. Consolidating and building budget structures is a breeze. able to fit into any CRM you may use with real time data all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IDU?

The turnaround time on the annual budgeting process has been reduced with around 6 weeks since implemention. In addition, subsequent product developments and upgrades has reflected attention to customer needs. The response time on queries logged with the helpdesk is also commendable; if not resolved the same day/next day, issues are logged with subsequent solutions/improvements. The tool is easy to implement. It is easy to learn and understand. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It was a great buy for our Institution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
