The software has interfaced directly to our job costing software and has provided access to our staff who have now taken ownership of their budgets. The ability to drill down to the financial entries has given a visibility to the actual versus budget results that has been well received by staff at all levels. IDU give you the ability to view your financial data in the most effective and simplistic way possible. This software can be used by everyone (including a non-financial user). No more sending out multiple excel files & checking budget excel files; now we have one source, which multiple users can work at the same time & information is trusted (up to the most detailed level).
