Only totals are exported. Also doing different scenarios are challenging in IDU. **What problems is IDU solving and how is that benefiting you?** Budget process is far more efficient and we have given ownership and visibility back to the budget owners. ### 3. In addition, subsequent product developments and upgrades has reflected attention to customer needs. The response time on queries logged with the helpdesk is also commendable; if not resolved the same day/next day, issues are logged with subsequent solutions/improvements. **What do you dislike about IDU?** I cannot think of anything, will need to nitpick to find something. **Recommendations to others considering IDU:** Put simply, answers to all the needs **What problems is IDU solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reduced turnaround time on budgeting; relevant solutions, improved data analysis. ### 5. It is easy to learn and understand. The staff are always friendly and helpful. There are a few standard functionalities that could be tweaked a bit. **What problems is IDU solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our Institution uses it for budgeting and adhoc reporting.
