For one thing, there isn't a way to check OUT a person as they are leaving the building. The old system had a way to mark that the individual was no longer in the building. Jake is extremely helpful and your support group. Competitors have a better reseller packages and less work for me, and better compensation or commission. **What do you dislike about VeriScan?** The reseller pricing plan and commission structure are outdated and disadvantageous for a reseller. Competitors are more advantageous for a reseller. The internet favors the buyer and works against the resellers. I can buy Eseeks cheaper on Amazon and other places, for example. Look at the cost of reselling your application and products. I have to buy like I'm an end user to get it in my customer's hands, and your pilot loaning is non-productive. Sales come much easier if pilot than any other method, I have been paying out of pocket to build an inventory to resell the product, it is an investment, but there has to be a better way. I'm exploring better ways to train my end users on the various application; the current videos online are too general for training the end user. But the help desk personnel are accommodating. The school visitor systems cannot compete with a raptor; I hate those guys...there are better systems out there than IDSCAN. **What problems is VeriScan solving and how is that benefiting you?** The products and applications work for various application and industries.
