I would not say that I really dislike anything about iDrive so far. I haven't found out how I can make it automatically continue a back up I had started earlier. I’m one of those users who just depend on what comes through the purchase of your phone. I use iPhone so I’m accustomed to using iCloud because it’s already provided and is easily accessible. However, iCloud is ridiculously expensive, and it keeps everything right on your phone and still uses a lot of local device storage with backups in the cloud. This is when I looked for and came across IDrive—I was skeptical at first but they had amazing intro offers. Their website was beautifully designed and appeared legitimately. I purchased a plan, easily signed up for the iPhone app after downloading, and boom—there I was. It was that simple. I don’t have any big problems with IDrive, but there are a couple of small things I noticed. Sometimes when a backup just finished, the app still shows the last backup time from earlier until I close and open the program again

I find IDrive Online and SaaS Backup, Object Storage e2 extremely useful for backing up important documents, licenses, certifications, or anything that needs a redundant file. The backup application is nice because I can set it to back up my external hard drive, MacBook, and PC. I find it difficult to understand how each product of IDrive Online and SaaS Backup, Object Storage e2 works. When I go to the dashboard of the website, there are a lot of solutions and products, but I don't know which ones do what. I also don't know how to interact with some of them, and I don't know all the ins and outs. Ease of setup, scheduling and intuitive operation in backing up multiple drives online. I've tried several backup services and none are as easy to setup, flexible to set schedules, and communication with me to be sure my files are backing up. Pricing is commensurate with ease of use. You get what you pay for. Backups are quick and efficient to do. The ability to call technical support was a big plus, as my previous backup software had horrible help and no way to actually reach a person. I use a NAS and have not tried to integrate it into my workflow, as I have another way to get it to the cloud, but that appears to be possible where my previous software was not. My experience with IDrive Online and SaaS Backup, Object Storage e2 has been disappointing overall. While the setup promises to be simple, I found the installation and initial configuration more complicated than expected. The interface isn’t as intuitive as I hoped, and it sometimes feels sluggish when managing large backups.

I also ran into reliability issues — backups occasionally failed or took much longer than they should. The integration with my system didn’t always sync properly, requiring manual intervention that defeats the purpose of automation.

First of all, it's the cheapest 100GB storage on the internet! Just $3 a year. Second cheapest is OneDrive (but that's $1.50 per... month!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The PC app is terrible... OneDrive beats it hands down. It's hard to pause and resume syncing. Besides,I've give a 37GB folder to this Cloud Drive, and after uploading 27GB, it tells me - all files are already synced :( Next ptoblem - The icon next to the clock spins, but the files aren't uploading. I had to manually upload and enable the scheduler once a day to sync all files. And OneDrive constantly detected any changes.
