**What do you like best about Idomoo?**

Idomoo produces work of the highest quality and stays fully engaged at every stage of design, build, and release. They collaborate closely throughout the process, openly discussing options around UX, data-flow integration, and related considerations. Support after release has been excellent with regular catch ups via Teams and prompt responses to email queries. Video performance in production has been good, and pricing appears competitive. Most importantly, the finished product is well received by customers and highly rated in the market.

**What do you dislike about Idomoo?**

Genuinely nothing to say here. Very difficult to fault.

**What problems is Idomoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our personalised member video service helps the business engage more effectively with members through a medium that is far more engaging than the traditional methods typically used in our industry. The real-time nature of the data in the videos gives members an up-to-date, concise, and easy to understand view of their pension savings and potential retirement income. By improving member engagement, the business can increase profitability while also helping members achieve better outcomes both now and in the future.

**What do you like best about Idomoo?**

It's been great working with Alfred and the Idomoo team to bring our new and updated personalised video summaries to life.  Having mainly dealt with Alfred, he was a pleasure to work with and always showed up.  Any questions or changes were dealt with quickly and proactively - and his knowledge of what's possible second-to-none.  Alfred was involved throughout the entire project and often steered us to the right solution. Alfred was also happy to deal directly with the creative agency involved - a real help.  Massive thanks to Alfred and the rest of the Idomoo team (Sophia, James etc!) for helping make this delivery a reality and improving the personalised videos available to our customers.

Nothing to report here - a positive experience.

Idomoo enables complex detail to be played back in video format, and scenes of a video to be played based on where each customer is at in their life (data driving the video scenes surfaced to the customer giving a truly personalised experience).

Our partners at Idomoo helped us create our first ever personalized video that was true to our brand and on an expedited timeline. They were very patient with all of our changes and questions moving through a new process. The video itself has received so much praise from leaders and others in our organization that we are already working on the next few videos with them.

Honestly, I can’t think of anything negative about our partnership or the video itself. Everything has been a positive experience from start to finish.

I really appreciate how wonderful the team was to work with at Idomoo. They were very flexible and provided options that fit our brand perfectly. They went above and beyond from a creative delivery standpoint, offering numerous options. The content generated for our end users was excellent, and the team was always proactive, setting up everything in a single call and conducting weekly meetings to ensure everything was on track. Overall, their support and collaboration were great.

I find it extremely beneficial that Idomoo can seamlessly integrate with our in-game data, making the personalized video creation process both easy and efficient. Furthermore, their new AI tool significantly speeds up and simplifies the video creation process, adding great value to our operations. What I appreciate about Idomoo is the flexibility they offer; they have an internal team that assists with video creation, yet also provide us the option to handle processes in-house if needed, allowing us the flexibility to adapt depending on our requirements. The cooperation and assistance from the Idomoo team during the integration process were exceptional, making setup straightforward and hassle-free. Overall, the combination of these features strongly contributes to our decision to continue using Idomoo.

Working with an experienced point of contact who ensured everything worked perfectly. Alfred made everything so easy for us which allowed us to focus on how we rolled out the videos once complete. We had full trust in Idomoo to launch our personalised video and they were always on hand to answer any questions or make any changes during the project at short notice.

The integration of the Idomoo player into our systems was also very easy with any questions handled quickly and thoroughly.

Idomoo worked closely with our Data, Creative and CRM teams to create a stunning personalised video for our customers, and we're already seeing great engagement. The Idomoo Team provided support througout the entire process from ideation to deployment and getting performence results. They were willing to jump in at the last minute to help fix issues and ensure we met the deadline. They also helped us refine our logic and proposed tips and best pratciess from their experince to improve and perfect the customer journey.

There's nothing I dislike. Great support and great product.

Long and complex emails with long copy and lots of information tend to have lower performence in terms of engagment. 
We were trying to find a more engaging way to convey these type of longer messages and we believed that using a video and more specifaclly a personlise one will be a much eaiser way for our customers to interact with instead of a standard email and will allow us to coomunicate more effectively and keep the customer experince more memorable.

As our first experience of personalised video and a relatively small team, the Idomoo team were great in helping us through each part of the process and provided specific After Effects support which meant we were able to stay on track and deliver to our timelines.

I'd have maybe liked a bit more support on developing the initial storyboard and idea, however, after doing it once, I feel a lot more confident in Idomoo's and our own business' capabilities.

**What do you like best about Idomoo?**

Working with Alfred and team was easy. They gave clear timelines and managed to pivot when timings were missed from our side, allowing to still achieve the target deadline for the campaign. Sending and receiving content to Idomoo is straightforward and changes were updated quickly.

**What do you dislike about Idomoo?**

An improvement would be to have more insight and expertise on the functionality of the video. This was partly not possible due to the tight timelines, but in future it would be great to review the action plan of the video content and its functions, with suggestions for improvement then understood and worked on.

**What problems is Idomoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Idomoo allowed us to test the difference in response rates when using static BAU email as a channel and testing it against video. This allowed us to feature up to 10 new areas of information that wouldn't normally be covered in the email.

**What do you like best about Idomoo?**

We launched a new project with the Idomoo team on an escalated time frame, and they still helped us knock it out of the park. Our project manager Lindsay was with us every step of the way detailing timelines, deadlines, resources required that included data needs, legal requirements, web requirements, creative, and so much more. 

The process of delivering creative and data was seamless, details on web requirements were clear, and if there was any aspect we needed assistance with, the Idomoo team was on top of it.

The team was full of great collaborators with clear communication and helped us deliver something to our audiences that was truly special.

Idomoo provides comprehensive support throughout the entire project. Our project manager at Idomoo, Joshua, was amazing and worked tirelessly to meet our challenging expectations regarding delivery and complexity.
Idomoo videos include many impressive features to make a video as personalized as possible, such as personalized images, videos, scenes, sounds, and more. Virtually anything seemed achievable.
The platform is also quite intuitive to use.

**What do you dislike about Idomoo?**

Running an Idomoo campaign is harder that it first looks. It requires a thorough work creative-wise.
The fees are quite high and hardly flexible.

**What do you like best about Idomoo?**

We are trilaing Idomoo to bring personalised video into our content library for our BTL campaigns. Whislt there are clear benefits, which we are hoping to prove, with increased engagement; I have been most impressed with the collaboration and flex of the team to support our business need on this POC. We had tight timings and the tea at Idomoo we're accomodating to our challenege to turn around a POC in a matter of weeks. This is a great foundation for a good partnership.

**What do you dislike about Idomoo?**

I am yet to uncover the potential limitations or downsides with Idomoo. A key point, as with any personalisation, is to ensure your data is in working order prioir. My experience is that any limitations come from the data, not the platofrm.

For us this is about increasing engagement as well as creativing content that allows us to explain complex solutions to customers in a digestible format.

Idomoo provides end to end support for the whole project lifecycle. Our assigned PM from Idomoo, Josh, provided great customer support and have worked to meet our challenging target project implementation and delivery.

**What do you like best about Idomoo?**

Idomoo help you personally to create videos and solve any problems as well as guide you through the entire process. They are proactive and fast in providing solutions. 

Overall, this was a great, and stress-free experience. Will be using this service for all our personalised video projects going forward!

**What do you dislike about Idomoo?**

There's nothing I dislike about it as is. It would be great to be able to send the videos directly from the platform though. Fingers crossed that's not too far off.

The video we made with Idomoo gave life to the welcome e-mail the we send to clients. 
Istead of a boring long texted e-email, we send a video with all the important informations.

**What do you like best about Idomoo?**

Dealing with Alfred made for a really good experience. He helped us understand the process for producing the video, arranged training for our video production agency and was very proactive in suggesting features we might use, such as CTAs with links embedded in the video. 

He also politely contributed to the overall creative process, which was very welcome and helped us achieve an end result with which we were very pleased.

**What do you dislike about Idomoo?**

There were some technical issues (on both sides) with setting up the connection between our instance of Sales Force Marketing Cloud and Idomoo's.  However, I believe this was the first time either side had implemented the videos in this way and, once resolved, the process  worked very well.

**What do you like best about Idomoo?**

I've worked with Idomoo for several years now, during which time I have worked closely with Alfred. Since day 1 he has supported me, my team, as well as other colleagues, to deliver projects to our clients and their scheme members. Alfred and his team are very flexible in the way that they support us, and have helped in a number of ways from creative support to trouble shooting (with very quick response to support and resolve issues) to analytics interpretation. We have delivered a number of successful projects since working with Idomoo and find the platform very straightfoward to use.

**What do you dislike about Idomoo?**

I know that Idomoo are working on improving their analytics tool, which would be great, and they have been receptive to feedback on this.

Customer support and account managers are very likely to help and supportive. Going into the needs of the customer and trying to optimize the result as best possible.

- no direct intergration with Salesforce. This causes that the implementation took longer than expected and the dependencies to Idomoo and other vendors which are in charge with SF is given.
- reporting tool was in use, but currently not available

Idomoo was very succcessful with helping us reach our targets. The Project Manager we worked with, as well as othesr in the company have been very helpful, considerate and delivered quickly and within scope. From my experience, Idomoo is a very customer oriented company, will ing to go above and beyond to make sure the project is successful

There is nothing to dislike particularly, there were no hick ups in the 3 project iterations we launched together that can be connected to Idomoo

We facilitate connections between our members. It was indeed a moment of delight when we realized we could create a custom map for each member with accompanying narration to illustrate how their contributions benefitted other members. Our members loved it. The sense of personalization goes a long way toward creating a feeling of belonging for our members.

When two member names exist in one field, we can't customize as precisely as we'd like. But that's our data problem, not Idomoo's.

The customization and personalization Idomoo has been able to provide is exceptional. They have listened to our feedback and are willing/able to pivot easily when changes are needed. Our Idomoo account managers actively communicate with us each week and update us on progress. They are incredibly responsive and have made data transfers seamless. There is even an online portal you can log into to check the open/view rates of your company videos. We have loved working with Idomoo in all regards. If you're thinking about utilizing this service, do it.

We have been using Idomoo for years and there haven't been any reasons for us to be unhappy with the service. They make sure we have what we need and our company data is always safe.
