"All-in-One HR Solution Perfect for Higher Ed"
4/5
What do you like best about idiligo business?

I love idiligo business for its HR-native design that merges secure video conferencing, customizable personnel forms, and built-in e-signatures into a single platform, perfectly fitting my HR responsibilities at our small campus alongside our 247HRM attendance system. Its browser-access meeting links are a great feature for candidates and faculty with restricted devices, allowing them to join without accounts or installs, eliminating hours of troubleshooting. The embedded HR workflow templates, like interview evaluation scorecards and onboarding checklists, save enormous time and eliminate the chaos of switching tools during hiring sessions. The integrated e-signature functionality is a standout feature, cutting my post-hiring administrative workload in half by allowing new hires to sign documents live during sessions. I also value its robust, compliance-focused record retention system, which is critical for regulatory requirements. The unified archive storage makes audits extremely fast and straightforward. Finally, its password-protected private meeting rooms are ideal for confidential conversations, helping staff communicate openly while keeping records secure and authorized-only. What do you dislike about idiligo business?

The built-in storage capacity with our base Idiligo Business subscription is too restrictive, creating a weekly administrative chore. We record lengthy sessions for audit-ready documentation, but the high-resolution video files fill up storage rapidly, and upgrading is too expensive. There's no automated way to offload files; I have to manually download, sort, and delete them weekly. We frequently face low-storage alerts mid-week, risking accidental deletions. Bulk management tools for meeting rooms and guest contacts are limited. There's no bulk edit function for adjusting settings across multiple rooms, and I can't batch import contact lists, making it a tedious process to share meeting links one by one. Customizing the platform was repetitive manual work, with no bulk creation for rooms or contact imports, and I had to manually adjust settings for compliance, which was tedious. "Essential for Legal Compliance, Needs Better Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about idiligo business?

I appreciate most about idiligo business that it was built specifically around regulated legal and client confidentiality requirements, rather than being a generic video tool retrofitted for compliance—this single core design sets it apart from every mainstream conferencing platform we tested. Top of my list is its tamper-resistant, granular activity logging built directly into every session. Every single interaction gets timestamped automatically: when a client joins, when medical case exhibits are screenshared, when digital retainer forms are signed, and when settlement discussions take place. As the Compliance Records Coordinator, I no longer need to piece together disjointed meeting notes, scanned paperwork and attendance lists to build audit trails. I can export a complete, unalterable log after every client deposition or corporate legal consultation, then file it straight into our Aeroplicity secure document storage for bar association reviews. This drastically slashes my weekly manual documentation workload and removes human error from compliance records. A close second favorite feature is its locked compliance meeting templates with mandatory privacy disclosures. We handle personal injury plaintiffs, cross-border clients subject to GDPR, and corporate legal accounts, all requiring different data protection notices. I preconfigure templates that force attorneys to present required confidentiality disclaimers and capture written client consent before any sensitive case materials can be shared. This eliminates inconsistent intake practices from newer paralegals and associates, lowering our firm’s risk of ethics violations or data privacy penalties. I also value its jurisdiction-compliant data storage framework. It never routes privileged attorney-client communications through unregulated overseas servers, satisfying both U.S. bar ethics standards and GDPR rules for our international clients. Every call, document and signature stays secured within controlled storage boundaries, so I never need to draft lengthy cross-border data transfer agreements to justify our video meeting practices to regulators. What do you dislike about idiligo business?

First, it lacks native integrations with our core office software stack, including Coevera CRM and Aeroplicity secure document storage. After every client consultation, deposition or mediation session, I have to manually export the full audit log, signed intake forms and meeting recordings, then upload and label each file one by one into Aeroplicity. There is no automated sync to push session records directly to corresponding client case folders inside Coevera either. If an attorney meets with a corporate GDPR-regulated client, I waste extra time cross-referencing meeting activity with their case profile manually instead of pulling linked records instantly. Second, its customization options for legal document templates are limited. We handle personal injury claims, commercial contract reviews and cross-border client matters that each require unique consent language and disclosure forms. Idiligo only offers a small fixed library of embedded forms with minimal editable fields; we cannot fully embed our firm’s custom retainer agreements or jurisdiction-specific privacy addendums. Our workaround is sharing static PDF attachments mid-meeting, which breaks the streamlined signed-document workflow the platform advertises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient, Browser-Based Video Conferencing with Room for Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about idiligo business?

I appreciate how idiligo business makes interviews easy to access with its browser-based instant access; participants can join with just a simple web link, cutting down on unnecessary technical steps. The reliable performance on local networks provides stable and smooth video calls, crucial for uninterrupted and focused discussions lasting 40 to 60 minutes. The built-in recording function is seamless, letting me concentrate on conversations without juggling extra tools, and I can easily revisit recordings later to extract valuable insights. Additionally, I value the effective screen-sharing feature that displays documents and materials clearly, helping interviewees engage with the content thoroughly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about idiligo business?

The platform lacks built-in collaborative note-taking tools linked directly to meetings. It's inconvenient to switch constantly between the video call window and note-taking pages, and there’s a risk of missing important comments while typing. The batch scheduling and meeting organization tools are fairly limited. I have to create each meeting link, set time slots, and input participant details manually, one at a time. Additionally, the platform only offers basic naming for meeting records without customizable tagging, making it difficult to retrieve past interviews by category. The screen-sharing performance for detailed technical materials could be upgraded, as fine print often appears slightly blurry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Video Conferencing with Room for Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about idiligo business?

I like the stable connection and simple, easy-to-use interface of idiligo business, which is perfectly tailored for daily business. The call quality and reliability are outstanding, allowing for clear video and audio during both one-on-one customer consultations and group meetings, even during busy hours. Its intuitive layout saves time as there are no unnecessary features or complex settings; everything can be managed with just a few clicks, which makes it accessible to all team members, including part-time employees. The lightweight design is also a plus because it doesn't consume much system resources, allowing us to use it alongside other office tools effortlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about idiligo business?

The platform has no native call recording capability, which creates extra hassle for both customer service and internal operations. When we conduct detailed remote product demonstrations or walk customers through step-by-step after-sales troubleshooting many clients ask to review the guidance again later at home. Since we cannot record calls directly within Idiligo Business, we have to rely on external recording software or mobile devices to capture the session. This not only adds extra operational steps but also requires us to spend extra time sorting and sending recorded files to customers afterward. For our internal team briefings and cross-store work discussions, we also cannot archive meeting content. If some part-time staff or off-duty colleagues miss the live group call, we have to manually summarize key decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customer-Centric Support with Efficient Solutions"
5/5
What do you like best about idiligo business?

I really like Idiligo Business for their quick and reliable support, along with their customer-focused approach. They provide practical, tailored solutions instead of generic ones, making the experience smooth and stress-free. The professional and responsive team is always ready to help, which has improved efficiency and made managing operations much easier. Their support system and problem-solving approach are invaluable, as they help streamline work, reduce confusion, and improve productivity. The ease of use of the platform/tools also helps in managing operations more efficiently. Additionally, the integration with other tools fits well into my workflow, enhancing coordination and efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about idiligo business?

One area that could be improved is the user interface, as some features can feel a bit complex or not very intuitive at first. Additionally, response times can occasionally be slower during peak times. Improving onboarding or providing more detailed guides would also help new users get comfortable with the platform more quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Idiligo Business to handle customer communication and daily interactions more smoothly. It keeps everything organized, helps me reply quicker, and makes it easier to maintain a professional, personal connection with clients. I like how Idiligo Business takes away the stress of missed messages and messy conversations. It makes everyday communication feel more organized and professional. Having all customer conversations in one place saves me time, helps me respond faster, and I can manage customer communication more smoothly—even on busy days—without feeling overwhelmed. I also find the initial setup to be pretty easy overall. The setup felt intuitive, and I had the main communication channels running quickly. "Revolutionized US Field Service Management"
4/5
What do you like best about idiligo business?

I think the offline-first mobile tech app optimized for rural US low-bandwidth and cross-state areas is idiligo business's defining strength. It outperforms every other FSM tool I've used for field techs working in locations with spotty or nonexistent service. The mobile app is 100% offline-capable, allowing techs to access job details, work orders, customer info, and even capture digital signatures without data. This eliminates the need for manual data entry and ensures compliance with state-specific job checklists, even in remote areas. Additionally, I love the native US payment processing and instant invoicing, which quickly turns a completed job into a paid invoice and accelerates cash flow. This feature has dramatically reduced our wait time for payments and eliminated late payment follow-ups. Finally, the initial setup is surprisingly fast and intuitive, designed for US field service SMBs and even easy for non-technical admins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about idiligo business?

I don't like that idiligo Business lacks a native sync with QuickBooks or Xero. It only offers basic export-to-CSV functionality for invoices and payments. This means our admin team spends over 3 hours weekly manually importing idiligo data into QuickBooks, which is a huge waste of time and prone to human error like duplicate entries or mismatched payments. There's no ability to track state-specific labor rates for techs working across state lines, which is frustrating. I also can't tag jobs as W-2/1099 for tax filing or calculate overtime automatically, which is critical for FLSA compliance. Our admins spend 2+ hours each week calculating overtime manually. Lastly, I find it lacking that there are no tech performance metrics like jobs completed per day, average invoice value, or customer ratings to track productivity. "Streamlines Meetings, Intuitive and Professional"

What do you like best about idiligo business?

I use Idiligo Business to manage and organize key parts of my business in one place. It helps streamline day-to-day operations, track performance, and keep everything structured and easy to access. The platform is user-friendly and saves time by reducing manual work. I like that Idiligo Business helps turn structured customer or sales meetings into results-oriented conversations. Instead of improvising or losing time wondering what to discuss next, the platform automatically steps you through a predestined process so nothing important is forgotten. Many users say Idiligo Business helps to make meetings more structured, professional, and productive because the platform guides you step by step through conversations. People appreciate that the platform is fairly intuitive and does not overwhelm with complexity. Getting started with Idiligo Business is intuitive and simple, requiring very minimal training, as it has quick onboarding and setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about idiligo business?

I find the limited customization and flexibility to be an area for improvement. The real-time collaboration features are also lacking. The customization features could definitely be more powerful, and the interface might feel less intuitive for some users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Idiligo: A Smarter Way to Run Business Meetings"
4/5
What do you like best about idiligo business?

What I like best about Idiligo is how structured and guided the meetings become. Instead of wasting time figuring out what to discuss next, the platform keeps everything on track with a clear flow. It makes my client interactions feel more professional, productive, and goal-oriented. Plus, it’s easy to use and doesn’t overwhelm with unnecessary complexity — which is a huge plus in today’s fast-paced business world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about idiligo business?

While Idiligo is great at structuring meetings, I feel there’s still room for improvement in terms of customization and flexibility. Sometimes I wish I could personalize the flow a bit more to match very specific client needs. It’s not a dealbreaker, but adding more adaptability would make it even more powerful.
