Identifi provides document management software and enterprise content management (ECM) for banks and credit unions. The platform helps financial institutions organize, store, track, and retrieve documents while automating the servicing workflows that move information across teams and systems. By connecting document activity to core banking platforms, Identifi supports digital processes from onboarding and account opening to loan processing, lien releases, and ongoing customer or member service. Teams can use Identifi to centralize documents with searchable metadata, route forms and files for review or approval, monitor progress, and flag missing or expired items. Its workflow automation tools help convert paper-based, repetitive steps into configurable digital workflows. Built-in audit trails and retention rules support compliance work, document review, and audit preparation by making it easier to see document status and history. The product suite includes document storage and tracking, workflow design, e-signatures, e-receipts, and statements. Customers can sign documents digitally, while e-receipts can be sent to customers by email. Identifi’s statement tools connect with the core system to automate statement data, formatting, delivery, and archiving. These capabilities give operations, servicing, and compliance teams a shared way to manage document-intensive work. Identifi integrates with core banking systems and other financial institution platforms. Integrations for Jack Henry, Fiserv, FIS, Corelation, and COCC, with API-based and custom integration support also available. The platform is intended for financial institutions seeking to bring document management, enterprise content management, and workflow automation together in their existing technology environment. Founded in 1988, Identifi launched a web-based ECM platform in 1998. Today, it focuses on helping banks and credit unions manage documents and coordinate servicing processes with connected digital workflows.
