Recommendations to others considering Ideawake:

When I was evaluating idea management tools, one thing that stood out with Ideawake was the people. It's a big enough company to deliver a top-notch, easy-to-use website and great customer service but small enough to know team members by name. Because Ideawake is nimble, our rep customized the software to fit one especially complex idea challenge. They listen, respond quickly and value their customers. What problems is Ideawake solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mainly quality improvement across all departments of the health system and management of ideas for the innovation team. One challenge generated dozens of ideas that helped guide the leaders of a significant behavioral health effort, and some of those providers engaged with colleagues like they never had. When the pandemic hit, we held virtual performance improvement symposiums on Ideawake using videotaped presentations instead of the usual in-person sessions, which allowed us to recognize the excellent work people were doing. What do you like best about Ideawake?

The tool has been straightforward to use. We didn't do any training for our first innovation challenge, yet we exceeded our usage goals. When we had a question on something, the team was quick to help answer them. I also enjoyed the flexibility in setting up our own unique workflow for ideas to go through.
