Our biggest hurdle has been getting the larger employee base into the platform. We need to explore the integrations Ideawake has to offer and see what we can do to help make it easier and part of our daily work experience. I would love to see some of the administrative side look more like a project management software, but we are working on adjusting the stages to mimic that where we can. Although it is an intuitive platform with a responsive team, we tend to rely on the Ideawake team for spinning up challenges, including workflows and the like. We also have to input the employee emails for those that will be targeted for the challenge, so if there was a way to do that more seamlessly it would be helpful. The platform is extremely flexible, yet intuitive enough to be able to get around yourself. And beyond the software itself, the Ideawake team is very knowledgeable on what approaches work well in different circumstances, and they are comfortable working at all levels of our organization.
