We used Ideawake to run a company-wide innovation challenge, strengthen our innovation culture and generate new hardware, software and service ideas. From minimal IT implementation through a custom program design, the Ideawake team were practical, responsive, and a pleasure to work with - Coby and Hanna are rockstars and provided top-notch customer support.

The platform had every capability we needed and flexed to our workflow, scoring criteria, and custom dashboards. After a short overview, our admins were fully comfortable fine-tuning the back end. On the front end, usability was stellar—we didn’t receive a single question about logging in, posting, commenting, or voting.

We set clear KPIs and the Ideawake dashboards were able to mirror them, making it easy to track progress and focus follow-ups. We also suggested a couple enhancements; Ideawake incorporated them into their release cycle, and we’ve seen steady improvements over the past few months.

Our implementation included a migration of data from an old system over to Ideawake. There is very little to criticise. During our implementation phase of the product we would occasionally come across minor bugs, but the Ideawake team was quick to incorporate them into their development cycles and inform when it could expect to be fixed.
