The customer service our rep has been able to provide for us has been invaluable. But it seems like we are the only ones asking for these specific requests, and Hanna has already pushed these requests to her development team, an they are working on a solution for us. Our biggest hurdle has been getting the larger employee base into the platform. We need to explore the integrations Ideawake has to offer and see what we can do to help make it easier and part of our daily work experience. I would love to see some of the administrative side look more like a project management software, but we are working on adjusting the stages to mimic that where we can.
