It is very user-friendly software and gets the job done. It is open source so there's plenty of things you can do. The technical support available from their side is good. You can always reach out to them and their response time is quite good. This can be used by people with little to no coding experience. **What do you dislike about IdeaSpaceVR?** I feel like while working on my use case specifically, there hasn't been much of work done, and this takes me back to the main issue that I faced was documentation. Documentation although covered most of the things it still needs some upgrades and lacks clarity at certain points. Although it is open source as well, but the support is still very limited **What problems is IdeaSpaceVR solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was researching the software for potential use in our company to be used for the creating next-level of Customer support VR experiences. wherein customers can literally talk to live agents. And don't have a lot of VR experience to acknowledge what I would strongly dislike. So no considerable issues for me.
