**What do you like best about IdeaScale?**

Striving to be an employer of choice is necessary to sustain most businesses as the war for talent wages on and begins with taking good care of your employees. Listening to your employees, clients, and customers area necessary commitment, and Ideascale makes it possible, easy, and impactful. Idescales product is easy to use, crowd engaging, empowering, and we leverage to assist us in refining business needs,  explore how to make innovative changes in a time of immediate need! 

In terms of Ideascale as an organization, one of the best around- The desire and willingness of their team members to help you make the tool the best it can be is remarkable. I value feeling more than just a subscriber of Ideascale, but like an extension of their organizational family where it feels like there are common goals and voices.

**What do you dislike about IdeaScale?**

Working with their support team is not what it used to be, rotating door of support personnel. Lack of roadmap and iteration, no longer visionary, cost is not worth it, unable to continue to support Roi of products value.

**Recommendations to others considering IdeaScale:**

Awesome! 

**What problems is IdeaScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem resolution and idea engagement from our employees - We are continuing to explore the many values and features of the tool- look to solve problems our members have with their voice, not just internally. in the near future.
