What do you like best about Ideals Virtual Data Room?

iDeals is very much akin to the "Apple" products of the world. It just works, it feels familiar yet hosts a plethora of easy, granular controls under the hood to ensure that only certain sets of eyes see certain things.

We had a particularly tight deadline for our implementation and the iDeals migration team couldn't of been any more helpful. Communication was second to none with consistent updates and actual per user interaction from the team themselves with our users to guide them on using the new solution.

As far as IT Projects go, this was the least stressful to implement in my career. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideals Virtual Data Room?

At this current stage neither I or some of the users I have spoken with cannot see any disadvantages of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ideals Virtual Data Room solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a new data room solution for clients to upload & collaborate data through after terminating our contract with our previous supplier as the costs were becoming significant. iDeals was the perfect candidate to meet our needs and budget. We have already seen huge and enthusiastic user adoption as the solution does what it says on the Tin in addition to providing a fantastic client experience when requesting files, saving valuable time and less hand holding.
