We have had a long relationship with Ideals VDR. We are a small firm, and the annual cost is significant to us. This year's price increase is simply to much. We cannot afford to have such last-minute increases in our overhead costs. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with your company and find this to be out of character with our past dealings. As an investment banker I am exposed to many businesses and business models. I have NEVER seen "rebranding" as a rationale for a price increase. I certainly can't pass a price increase along to my clients because I change my logos and branding strategy, etc. I would ask that you drop the increase to something more reasonable and rationale.
