What do you like best about Ideals Virtual Data Room?

I like the ease of use of iDeals Virtual Data Room. I appreciate the feature of bundling people as per organization and giving access based on these bundles. The initial setup was reasonably easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideals Virtual Data Room?

I don't like the need to switch tabs and re-navigate folders to access control sections. It would be better to have an additional manage access section next to the folder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Really glad the setup and group based access control have been making document sharing easier across your team.

For controlling access without switching tabs, we have a dedicated solution built right into the documents page. Simply right-click on the folder or file you need, select Share → Manage Permissions, and apply your changes from there. Please let our support team know if you need help with this.

What do you like best about Ideals Virtual Data Room?

I really like how Ideals Virtual Data Room provides a secure place to aggregate all documents for interested parties. It's very easy to use, with a user-friendly interface that makes it simple for anyone to use. I find it easy to find things, upload documents, and set permissions, and I appreciate the ability to set different permissions for different people.
