What do you like best about Ideals Virtual Data Room?

I like that Ideals Virtual Data Room is really easy to use and that it makes organizing information a breeze. It's super handy to provide access to third parties by just sharing access via email without needing to jump through security approval hoops like with SharePoint. What do you like best about Ideals Virtual Data Room?

I find that Ideals Virtual Data Room is very easy to understand and customizable, which makes my operation truly very professional. I also appreciate the way I can add my company's logo, which is always a plus for branding. The support is incredible, especially thanks to Zara who helped me with several issues. What do you like best about Ideals Virtual Data Room?

The iDeals Virtual Data Room platform is easy to use with a clean user interface. It effectively facilitates multiple projects for us, which is crucial since we often have several projects ongoing. The new project (room) creation, closing and archiving completed ones and easy access management for various user groups is super easy and works great. It's convenient for us to have everything captured on one platform, allowing us to keep an overview and access different projects with just one log-in. The platform has a good price and offers great customer service and solid data security with EU server hosting. We are happy with our enterprise account with iDeals. We use the iDeals VDR for most of our M&A activities - especially for smaller acquisitions where the sellers do not provide a VDR platform. It streamlines data sharing, facilitates Q&A sessions, and archives information easily. There are a lot of confidiential data needs to be sharing with potential partners during DD phase without fully trust. Ideals's data room supports us and provides us a platform where we are confident and comfortable sharing our core valuable data with potential partners without worrying about data leakage. What do you like best about Ideals Virtual Data Room?

I like using Ideals Virtual Data Room because it helps secure confidential documents and provides audit trails. I'm able to share documents with persons outside my organization easily. It's as easy as sending an invitation to an outside email address, not linked to our organization, and granting them granular rights to a specific document.
