One thing I’ve struggled with is changing indexes in bulk. I know there’s an option to download the structure in Excel and change folder names, but it would be helpful to have an option to change indexes as well. For example, I wanted all subfolders named “PPA Contracts” to be set to final index 2 in every folder where they appear. I think it would be very useful if Ideals Virtual Data Room could automatically generate an Excel file that keeps count of document submissions when creating a data room or subfolder. It would help track which files have been submitted or still need to be submitted, providing an automatic checklist with file names and tracking numbers. I also believe that would not be bad if the same instructions could be provided even through the voice of the user, in the era of the massive usage of the AI tools. One thing that could help is if we could migrate some users from one project to another. For example, if I have a user group in one project, I don't want to copy-paste or set up a new user group in another project, which would save me some time and effort.
