Managing the VDR on both mobile and desktop offers great flexibility. I appreciate being able to perform very detailed levels of analysis, seeing when people read documents, how much time they spend on them, and getting reports. I find Ideals Virtual Data Room particularly usable and solid. There's no need for specific VDR training to understand its logic, which makes it accessible. It's also a good platform for processing Q&A, with the setup of Q&A rulings and the ability to import and export Q&A from Excel being particularly good. The reports function is valuable for looking at activity logs and permission logs. Additionally, the initial setup is super simple, and I like that you can transport documents from SharePoint into deals. This straightforward usability sets it apart as a reliable option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Ideals Virtual Data Room? I find that Ideals Virtual Data Room is not as AI integrated as other data rooms I've used. For instance, with Intralinks, I can ask their AI agent questions like whether there are any pending legal liabilities, and it scans the documents to provide answers with references. This level of integration isn't obvious with Ideals. I'm also unsure about using the translation function on PDFs within Ideals, but this might just be me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
