Ideals VDR usage for Due DIlligence **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2018 **What do you like best about Ideals Virtual Data Room?** cheaper than the compeitiion, but the lower price is not worth the sacrifice in features **What do you dislike about Ideals Virtual Data Room?** Pretty middle of the road VDR. Less expensive that other providers, but interface was not as easy to navigate and support was not as receptive **Recommendations to others considering Ideals Virtual Data Room:** I would suggest using a different VDR. When a due dilligence is moving at deal speed it is important to have support available 24/7 in case something goes wrong. Even if the VDR is only down for a few hours, that is a critical time period in the M&A cycle **What problems is Ideals Virtual Data Room solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organization for due dilligence. This a secure method of sharing data between parties in a safe and secure manor.
