What do you like best about Ideals Virtual Data Room?

We have tried several data rooms before making a decision. iDeals was pretty easy to set up and had a modern-looking user interface. What actually made us go for iDeals was their desktop application, it worked seamlessly and with the auto-sync function for your desktop files, we did not have to access our VDR by browser all the time. What do you dislike about Ideals Virtual Data Room?

There was some confusion at first about the duration of our trial period but we could work it out really fast with the support team. Besides that, nothing I can think of right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is crucial to understand the mechanics of a VDR, otherwise, you might make grave mistakes. Take your time to understand all the functions and subfunctions as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ideals Virtual Data Room solving and how is that benefiting you?
