I like how you can filter all of the data and email bulk users at once which saves a lot of time and means you have an audit trail of any correspondance with the dse users. **What do you dislike about Ideagen Workplace Training?** I find that when you are updating any status for open issues you have to click update status for each item changed otherwise it doesnt save the action. This platform (old and new) allows training and assessment at office, home and on the go scenarios. User changes are easy to do. Unfortunately, my company signed up without fully exploring and appreciating the lack of capability and Workrite would not accept the termination of the contract (even before implementation!) and after explaining that there was not the required modules in place. It was a lesson in due diligence. It is not fit for purpose for a company with logistics/manufacturing/production/construction (i.e. no workshop safety and distinct lack of breadth of modules). The reporting suite is clunky and does not give clear measures over people subscribed to courses v. % complete. The integration suite is also difficult for imports/exports. I had to fight relentlessly with the sales and technical team to get access rights to access the integration interface. I think for small companies with limited needs and basic IT user interface, this may suit. Certainly, for any SMEs/larger business, I would not recommend. IHasco was a better system, with more comprehensive modules and better reporting. **What do you dislike about Ideagen Workplace Training?** With the experience I have had, I really dislike this system. I was very surprised to be asked to review and appreciate the offer of a prize if selected. I will donate any prizes won to charity. The company is fully aware of my position so nothing in this review will come as a surprise for them. Not only to mention the availability of coursebuildier is absolutely awesome and the support function is fast, responsive and understands the issue you are raising on the first go which really accelerates the resolvement of issues. As an addition to this the training packages that Ideagen provide once you've purchased the system are second to none and the whole customer experience has been excellent **What do you dislike about Ideagen Workplace Training?** I would say sometimes the reporting system can be slightly confusing to use however you can't physically break it so after a few mishandled attempts at trying to understand I finally got it. **What problems is Ideagen Workplace Training solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously we were providing face to face generic HSE training that had to satisfy a multitude of roles and it was hard to prove the requirements of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 training and communication when audited. Now we have a fully viewable audit trail of all training carried out that is easy to demonstrate our commitment to employee upskilling during auditing.
