What do you like best about Ideagen Workplace Training?

I've only used it once (as it is a new system I haven't used before). The implementation and the training was very useful. ALl the information I needed was given to me very clearly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen Workplace Training?

There's nothing to dislike about this yet, as I haven't fully used it, nor have I explored the system to see all of it's functionality. Therefore no improvements to be made to the system yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ideagen Workplace Training solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping us with our Health and Safety responsibilities and obligations around the office. We are working with WorkRite because they are a leading provider of online learning in this arena. Their learning modules comply with the latest regulations, which is what we need, and they also have a well-developed, intuitive interface for end users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ideagen Workplace Training?

The Agile online DSE system allows staff to be trained for home, office and on the go working with a test and assessment to complete. It allows us to enhance our DSE compliance and help staff better understand the issues and requirements in a consistant maner and reduice ill health effects from posture and DSE related issues.

What do you dislike about Ideagen Workplace Training?

Not sure there is anything we dislike about the system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ideagen Workplace Training solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were never able to fully comply with the DSE regulations and many staff fell through the cracks in our paper based system, follow up was diifficult, but with the Agile system it does it all automatically, good reporting system, auto emails which overall have significantly reduced staff illness levels. Sometimes the reports feature can feel clunky and not very straightforward. But through using this feature it becomes easier to utilise the indepth features involved Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ideagen Workplace Training?

Andrew Shaw at Q-Pulse WorkRite has been incredible. We have worked for Q-Pulse WorkRite for many years now, but we were looking at changing the process of how we deliver the DSE assessment. Andrew arranged meetings for discussions , was very supportive throughout and even went above and beyond to book in time for our international colleagues in Australia.
