We've had multiple issues with the administration side; users not getting notified when they're accounts are created, users getting reminders when they've already completed corses, corses not getting marked as completed if they sit them a few days early and users not getting reminders for corses that they should be sitting anually. We looked into using the platform for creating our own course, however this was quoted in the thousands of pounds, which seems excessive for adding a list of multiple choice questions from a spreadsheet.
