What do you like best about Ideagen Workplace Training?

Ideagen's best thing which I have encountered while working and using is the way it's training pattern design and I can speak on my team's behalf here that this platform works seamlessly when it comes to training and executing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen Workplace Training?

There is no issue in the way it's designed but very few times it takes few extra seconds to load Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ideagen Workplace Training solving and how is that benefiting you?

So, when I was working as an analyst one of my core responsibilities were to provide training and coaching and here where Ideagen helped me and my entire team, it helped us to train the operations especially when it's related to fraud management and prevention

The way it's format and this platform is designed super user friendly and the interface is so well that there was a time Ideagen helped us to learn the way of training

My consultant team used this platform regularly and we were on same page about the good things this offers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

WorkRite is really easy to use and the video training is a great friednly way to learn for all types of learners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen Workplace Training?

There is very little to like about WorkRite. The only issue can be the amount of courses required by your own organisation! Luckily WorkRites bitesize courses make it much easier to manage the load and enjoyable at the same time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Agile 2.0 training is good. DSE assessment management and set up is less than adequate"

What do you dislike about Ideagen Workplace Training?

Assessment problems have arisen and the support from Ideagen has been less than adequate resulting in over 100 students not having to carry out a test of their knowledge and not completing a full DSE assessment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't think we utilise the product as much as we could and some of the training overlaps with some training we already provide. It would be great to be able to select the things we need rather than having a 'total' package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
