WorkRite was great and easy to use, i was providing revalidation feedback for a colleague and it had covered every area i would consider. It was easy to use and from what i understand easy to set up and send out to people who would like to use. I have used WorkRite a few times now and would be happy to use it again in the future. I have only used it to provide feedback but would be keen to use it myself when i need to revalidate. The integration seems to work well from feedback i have had from colleague and there is support offered when completing the forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Ideagen WorkRite is that it is keen on the user’s health. The ergonomic assessments conducted within the software guarantee that the employees operate from safe and healthy postures, result that has been realized to enhance our team’s performance and wellbeing. They are not mere tick box exercises as these tools assist workers consider habit formation that makes their daily work less monotonous and less tiring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ideagen WorkRite, however, presents a problem in that there are no engagement tools that can come in handy while making employees complete mundane tests. Although very effective, the content is in a way static and does not entice some of the team members to contribute at certain points hence low participation. And the reason Ideagen WorkRite is unique, is that it focuses on improving the work environment, looking specifically at ergonomic issues. It helps pin point potential risk and then provides practical solutions for that risk to be minimized. The training modules contribute to safety awareness and the desired positive changes in lifestyle for employees. Safety is a top priority on the platform and it doesn't go over the top with it either and that's a big plus in terms of keeping people engaged consistently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The narrow scope of what Ideagen WorkRite tests does have limitations. A bit too standard and do not always consider the particular requirements of a certain industry or a job role, these ergonomics evaluations. A more customizable assessment with more options would be more beneficial in order to improve the work environments it covers.
