Pentana provides a great system to have all information from risks, actions and KPIs all in one place. It also enables users to create a Corporate Annual Plan which can include associated risks KPIs and actions. Downsides are how you create reports. You have to access another system to do this and it is not easy to use in anyway shape or form. The user guides are unhelpful. Make it easier and more straight forward to build reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful thing about Pentana is how easy it is to navigate though. I am able to extract data out of the system and generate reports that contain specific information that is useful.

I find that the help guides are not as useful as they could be. They seem to be over complicated. If the guides were more visual, maybe with a 'how to' video or chatbox function it would limit the amount of staff we have who struggle within the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
