Pentana provides a great system to have all information from risks, actions and KPIs all in one place. It also enables users to create a Corporate Annual Plan which can include associated risks KPIs and actions. Downsides are how you create reports. You have to access another system to do this and it is not easy to use in anyway shape or form. The user guides are unhelpful. The most helpful thing about Pentana is how easy it is to navigate though. I am able to extract data out of the system and generate reports that contain specific information that is useful. I find that the help guides are not as useful as they could be. They seem to be over complicated. The main benefit of using Pentana is that Pentana is a central data hub for all of the organisations data that is being collated. Which can simply be extracted from the system in a report that is custom made by the service who requires specific information. This has stopped individuals collecting data in a format that can only be accessed by themselves and can be seen and used by all that require it as and when they need it.
