My biggest problem with PleaseReview is the ability to make comments on other peoples' edits. It is one of the most confusing aspects of PleaseReview. I wouldn't say I liked that there would be problems within the app that needed updates, and it was hard to get a hold of IT folks for fixes when we needed them quicky. It is helpful that it generates a document with consolidated tracked changes and comments after a review, and it's helpful that users are easy to register or remove. And for our purposes, we often want to have a document with tracked changes reviewed, and it doesn't work well with tracked changes at all so this is the worst aspect of PR for me.
