I've interacted with Ideagen in my recent organisation and I must tell you that it is a very user friendly software which not only provides comprehensive sets of solutions for governance and compliances but also catering risks management. As it offers wide range of tools which are customisable as per user need & preference. I've also integrated this software with Salesforce CRM as well as Hubspot which results in seamless data exchange. Overall I like the functionality of Ideagen with aspect to GRC- Governace, risk & compliances. If you want to eleminate the risk of non compliances & penalties associated with that I suggested you to give ideagen a chance to renew your compatability with regulations & risks compliance solutions. Majorily I was focusing on its costing part which is quite higher which create usage barriers for most SMBs and small oragnisation with limited buget. One must need a proper training to understand all its features & to utilize its capabilities to the fullest as this software is quite difficult to configure and set up.It also took very long implementation time for big organisations with large databases & applications hence degrading its scalability. Customer support is'nt upto mark as it results delays in responses. Often requires time to time upgrades which is challenging as it requires more time & efforts. Helps in quality management of product and services through automation & maintaining high quality standards. Using PleaseReview makes the formal review of documents by multiple Stakeholders easy. I particularly like how the comments are able to be added easily and clearly, and then collated, so everything is tracked in one place. Very reassuring and keeps documents well organised when working on multiple projects. The integration with the Veeva document management system is helpful as multiple logons are not required.
