Often I will have to close outlook and reopen it to ensure that the emails can be filed. Sometimes emails get stuck in the process of being filed from my inbox which can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ideagen Mail Manager?

I used to love being able to file and sort my mail. I liked its built in AI whereby it got better the more I used it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen Mail Manager?

The product stopped working and after almost 2 months of various attempts to get it back - I eventually updated my whole pc. It worked for c 10 hours before disappearing again. The sales people are great at getting in contec but I rgret support is nothing like it was before the merger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MM is pretty easy to use from a user perspective. Every email generates a pop up and its easy to apply to a category. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen Mail Manager?

Setup is pretty complicated. Also when used in conjunction with Sharefile, there is a long delay and Mail Manager requires you to file again after the delay. This is most likely due to Sharefile uploading the files before actually sending. Once you get used to the delay it is no issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
