It should be better at predictive filing locations and auto filing. It should be able to file ALL associated emails automatically when filing a single email Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As an engineering company, Mail Manager helps keep emails from all our staff filed into specific locations for projects to make it easier for collaboration & future reference.
Support is quite respnsive also which is a big plus when we're in need of help & the online documentation is quite extensive covering most of the answers we're seeking Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be great if there was an integration with Outlook web and not reliant on an installation client Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The autp reminder to save has saved me countless times from sending emails not ready to go out. Also the ability to quickly store away emails to keep outlook clean and clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The install process with the new outlook does not always appear. I would like it if they worked closer with microsoft to keep the install and add in visisble and one click install. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to save my Emails and the attachments to sharepoint has been a game changer for our buisness.
