What do you like best about Ideagen Mail Manager?

Search function allows me to find emials quickly even when searching through 100K+. the filters on the left give me lots of control to pinpoint emails im after. This is incredible useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen Mail Manager?

Sometimes the routing can mess up and the .mma collection file can get moved. THis is difficult for us to track and monitor across a multisite organisation. A way to lock this to users would be benficial Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ideagen Mail Manager?

I like the way it pretty much "knows" where the email should go after a little training period. You set up all your files and it knows by addressees and subject where they should go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen Mail Manager?

The only annoying part is that you have to hit the extra "file and send" key after sending an email, which take a bit of getting used to- I've come back to my computer and found that I never hit the second key, so have to send my email then. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ideagen Mail Manager?

Being able to search the emails from my entire team rather than just my own. Saves the "have you received an email from... or do you have so and so's email address" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen Mail Manager?

Needs full integration with Microsoft outlook. I'd like the search bar in outlook to still have all my emails. Or be able to file into offline folders in outlook with these emails being automatically uploaded to mail manager folders Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ideagen Mail Manager?

Mail manager allows us to easily file and archive project-related emails, attachments, and other notes related to individual projects; complete with a full indexed text search. This allows us to keep a clean paper trail regardless of staffing changes and backend system changes. We love the Explorer integration as well - this allows us to create well crafted, human readable and yet clickable links to files and folders in our structure. What do you dislike about Ideagen Mail Manager?

It's an Outlook add-in, so Outlook may flag it as "slow or disabled" addons sometimes. Additionally, several of our users ONLY use the "Copy Mail Manager link" function, and sadly that is a licensed function that we have to pay for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
