What do you dislike about Ideagen Internal Audit?

Scheduling and reporting doesn't meet our requirements. Frustrating that all the relevant information is in the system, yet you cannot get it out in a meaningful way.

Timeliness of support provided has worsened significantly. We have been waiting more than 3 months for report amendments to be processed and still no timeframe for completion.

Our audit report template is not efficient and needs review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

user experiences/requirements are missing, for example meeting accessibility requirements, managing users (name/job changes or leavers), lack of options to review work programmes, lack of options to approve documents. Inappropriate access controls for business users (e.g. one customer can view another customers business users. Lack of customisation for business user reports. Pentan Audit has user friendly UI to ease the usage. The audit module is comprehensive to process internal audit field work and allow collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen Internal Audit?

The free text / note / remark field in Pentana Audit allow user to attach table created from MS Word or Excel, however, the display / alignment will run when extracting the data in audit report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
