What do you like best about Ideagen Internal Audit?

Pentana price point compared to its competitors is for sure one of the main decision factor that is on the systems favor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen Internal Audit?

The system analytics, reporting, and modules integrations are not so good. The layout is old school and not so user friendly. It requires several hours of trainings to be able to navigate on the basics. The system also requires lots of clicks to do few things - more useful for audit teams with more than 30 auditors that require a stronger governance. If your team is based on the same place and you are quite close to the audit work and results, then it is lots of work for lower value in the end. The system cannot be easily customized to eliminate these several layers, which is not so good and increase non-productive time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pentana allows us to post the Standards right into the file. It also allows us to logically create Objectives, Risks, Controls, and Test of Controls for our audits. It is much more than just an electronic filing system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
