What do you like best about Ideagen Internal Audit?

The audit team loves that the software requires you to develop audit programs. It is also flexiable enough to allow you to develop different engagement templates. Our team has been pleased with the software so far. Ideagen's customer service is excellent. They are quick to respond to questions and very informative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen Internal Audit?

The follow up module, and the Business User Portal, are a very good feature. The portal provide us as internal auditors a great and easily interaction with the company areas., Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen Internal Audit?

Need some improvement on the graphics menus, and on the work flow.

Shoould also be more easly configured by the end user.

The ability to set up the Audit Universe of Entities and Processes and use them to record Objectives/Risks/Controls/Tests gives a treally sound basis for doing Internal Audits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding your concerns, we wanted to share some updates: Custom queries into Excel are already available. Custom Microsoft Word reports are on the roadmap and planned for release later in 2025. Additionally, Audit Rollforward (copying a previous audit) will be included in our release on March 31st.

Ideagen Internal Audit is a flexible tool which allows us to perform audits both online and offline where a connection isn't always available. The Audits are then synced back to the database automatically, Their support is always on hand and available to resolve issues really quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

automated post audit questionnaires, automated emails chasing clients for status of recommendations which saves time, software means people can work and collaborate anywhere at any time. the customer support service is usually very prompt and effecient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
