E.g., Results of questionnaires & checklists to work programme should be put in place 2)Visualisation of risks to internal controls to processes to themes can be introduced. Such visual mapping is available in HighBond Product, where the user can quickly move/ drag and drop, establish relationship between these components 3) There is possibility to capture large amount & variety of data. It will be helpful to assist the user community to easily design their dashboards which is currently a paid service apart from standard ones 4) Project dashboard sort of things could be helpful to precisely pinpoint which tasks of respective audits are stuck/ not moving. 5) Review mechanism is fantastic but it cannot be correlated with every single comment. E.g. If review point 1,2,3 are made then it will be helpful for the other person to respond individually to point 1,2,3. So the trail goes on which can be tracked. Currently it is managed somehow. 6) Review comments need to be opened in full screen view to apply basic formatting's e.g. numbers and bullets etc. which is a bit time consuming 7) While capturing work done or recording observations, table formatting is a challenge 8) Business user portal response capturing needs to be improved. System should allow observation and recommendation response update in one shot. Everytime it goes to the home screen which is frustrating for the user 9) Applied filters are lost after every response update in the business user portal. To locate the required audit and observation is very cumbersome. **Recommendations to others considering Ideagen Internal Audit:** Pentana is a good product. Like any other software, the business needs to understand what the offering is and what is it they are trying to achieve.
