Once you get your head around how the system works and the capabilities, InPhase with time and resources is a very useful tool for auditing compliance across our trust. More investment required in the support function. The time it takes to resolve relatively small issues is a problem. Unfortunately, there were issues with implementation. The dependence on the knowledge of other organisations admin is helpful but not what is needed.

Every organisation has different needs - the lack of support during implementation 3 years ago is still impacting development. No contact or action was taken even when I reached out to the people who could have resolved the issues.
