The support after implementation is incredible. Ease of use in mobile.

I would like to highlight the support from Kevin Richard, clarifing all my doubts and the support from Ben Niller helping us preparing our reports and dashboards. What do you like best about Ideagen EHS?

Support team is quick to respond. They are accessible and efficient but a lot of tasks or changes or requests made are responded with that it would require charges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen EHS?

The system operates slowly, lacks flexibility in the features we can control, and requires a considerable level of development effort or charges for even the smallest tasks or changes. PowerBI is far more powerful than Insight, the very limited documentation available for building dashboards or customizing and creating new measures in Insight is difficult and very limited flexibility on the user side. There is a learning curve when first starting out with the system. Some of the prompts are not as intuitive as I would like (when you click save, the prompt pops up that gives you an option to press cancel to stay on the page; not cancel the last operation) this makes you feel like you have to ready all prompts that are displayed. Good system; good value. This system is a good price point, and was willing to work with us on pricing and what we need from them. We were not able to get everything that we needed in year one, due to budget restraints. ProcessMap worked with us to make sure we had a functional system at the price we were able to get passed through.

What do you like best about Ideagen EHS?

It's a robust system with an excellent reporting platform. A lot of the system's adjustable bits are at your fingertips, and you can start building reports with a simple "drag and drop" method. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen EHS?

As their EHS platform is great about the "H" and "S," we'd like to see more in the way of "E." That's not to say that it doesn't exist within the platform, it most certainly does, but we'd just like to see more capabilities out of that area. My organization has been using ProcessMAP for about 3 years. It helps us track incident data, investigate trends, and create reports that are actionable. What do you dislike about Ideagen EHS?

ProcessMAP could provide customers with more flexibility in configuring the modules. These options could include custom data fields and forms for our unique requirements in different regions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ProcessMAP helps us with centralized data management. It is used to keep track of Quality issues, as well as EHS issues such as compliance, incidents, corrective and preventative actions, and risk assessments at different locations. What do you like best about Ideagen EHS?

The BBS module is probably the module with most potential to move our organization to our desired "Accept Only Zero" culture. In addition, the mobile capability is probably not used as much as it could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen EHS?

Not that I dislike it, but I struggle with Insight. I've not had much time to work with it, but we spend too much time for monthly reports and presentations outside of ProcessMap and do not take advantage of the power of the tool. Also, the way root cause analysis is designed in our system has too many options - there are over 350 root cause choices within the 33 categories - way to many choices.
