Customer support via phone is lacking, I've had a ticket open for approximately 12 months with no progress, both contractor and role processes seem convoluted. What do you like best about Ideagen EHS?

What I liked most about Ideagen was how easy it was to use. Some platforms are overly complicated but their platform is completely user-friendly. I have also found that anytime I needed assistance their cusomer support was excellent and super friendly and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen EHS?

My main gripe with Ideagen is that it did not have all of the features that other EHS management plargorms had. The platform also has more of an outdated look. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
